Civil Society Dialogue between Turkey and the European Union (EU) is a grant programme developed by the Directorate for EU Affairs for civil society organisations within the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA). It aimed to maximise the contribution of civil society to the EU accession process. The programme started in 2008 and, at the date of the event, had a history of more than ten years, which made it one of the longest running EU grant programmes for civil society.
